THINGS TO START WITH...

NACHO QUESADILLA--This one features refried beans, seasoned taco meat, cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese all inside a grilled flour tortilla.  Served with salsa, sour cream and jalapeños. $7.25 ...without seasoned taco meat $6.25

SPICY CHICKEN WINGS--You know, they’re wings, only ours are better than the rest.  Served with carrots, celery and blue cheese dipping sauce $7.25

CANADIAN FRIES--Known as poutine North of the border, it’s hot fries tossed with crumbled white cheddar cheese and smothered in gravy.  You might want a fork! $4.95

CHILI FRIES--A pile of fries smothered in our own delicious chili, cheddar cheese and diced red onions. Fork this one as well. $4.95

CHIPS & SALSA--We combine fresh tomatoes, onions, cilantro, chipotle peppers, lime juice and spices to create the mountain’s finest salsa. $3.25

THINGS ON BREAD…

ALL SANDWICHES ARE SERVED WITH FRIES.

THE ST. BERNARD BURGER--Only the finest ground beef formed into a six ounce patty,

char-grilled then topped with melted cheddar cheese and caramelized onions. Served with mayo, lettuce, and tomato on a toasted bun. $8.25

TURKEY SWISS SANDWICH--Thinly sliced smoked turkey breast piled high on grilled French bread with lettuce, tomato, red onion, Swiss cheese and sun dried tomato mayo. $8.25

SOUTHWEST CHICKEN-- A char-grilled chicken breast topped with a roasted green chili and melted mozzarella. Served on a warm bun with lettuce, red onion and chipotle mayo. $8.25

FRENCH DIP--Thinly sliced oven roasted beef piled on a French roll with mayo, caramelized onions and melted Swiss cheese.  Served with au jus of course! $8.25

KILLER GRILLED CHEESE--Thick sliced white bread stuffed with melted cheese and served with our house made tomato basil soup.  A ski hill must! $7.95

ITALIAN MEATBALL-- House made meatballs topped with our own marinara and melted mozzarella cheese served on a warm French roll with basil pesto and mayo. $8.25

CHILI DOG--A butter-flied and char-grilled jumbo dog piled on a warm bun, smothered in our house made chili and garnished with cheddar cheese and red onions. $8.25

HOT PASTRAMI--Sliced pastrami grilled and piled on a French roll with melted mozzarella and house made sweet hot beer mustard and mayo. $8.25

THINGS WITH LETTUCE…

CAESAR--Our own dressing, made without raw eggs, tossed with crisp romaine, parmesan cheese, and croutons.  

SESAME GINGER---Crisp romaine and iceberg lettuces tossed with red cabbage, red bell

peppers, carrots, crunchy chow mein noodles and ginger sesame dressing.

THE GREEK--Crisp romaine and iceberg lettuces tossed with tomatoes, red onions, feta

cheese, cucumbers and our own balsamic vinaigrette. 

THE GARDEN--A mix of lettuces tossed with carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, shredded cheese and croutons served with your choice of dressing on the side. (Choices are Caesar, sesame

ginger, balsamic vinaigrette, ranch, blue cheese or honey mustard.)

ST BERNARD CHILI--Because what’s winter without chili.  We combine ground pork and

beef, tomatoes, onions, garlic, pinto beans, navy beans and spices for this one.  Garnished 

with cheddar cheese and red onions and served with corn bread. $6.95

BEAN & RICE BURRITO--Pinto beans and Mexican red rice rolled into a flour tortilla with cheddar & Jack cheeses, diced green chilies and iceberg lettuce served with tortilla chips and salsa. $8.25 ...add seasoned taco meat $2.00

TWO SAUCE TORTELLINI-- Tender cheese stuffed tortellinis smothered in sun dried

 tomato cream sauce, drizzled with basil pesto and garnished with crushed walnuts. $11.95

LINGUINI MARINARA--Our rich and delicious marinara sauce tossed with linguini then

garnished with parmesan cheese. $10.95 ...add meatballs for an extra $3.25

ITALIAN SAUSAGE FUSILLI--Crumbled Italian sausage slowly simmered with garlic, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms and fresh sage tossed with fusilli noodles and cream then garnished with

parmesan cheese . $11.95
